Waitlist signups
When you join the SiteBot waitlist we collect your name, shop name, and email address. We may also generate a referral code and record the timestamp of your signup. This information is stored in a Google Sheet managed by SiteBot.
Active customers
When you become a SiteBot customer we collect additional information needed to build and operate your shop website, including your shop name, address, phone number, services offered, and pricing data you provide via Google Sheets.
Information collected automatically
When you visit sitebot.tech we may collect standard web analytics data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This is used to understand how the site is being used and improve it.

When someone visits your SiteBot-powered shop website and uses the device quote calculator, they may provide their email address and device details to lock a price. This information belongs to you as the shop owner. SiteBot processes it on your behalf to send offer code emails and lead notifications.

Sitebot.tech may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data with ad networks.

Waitlist data is retained until you ask to be removed or until SiteBot ceases operations. We keep it because we may reach out about access as new spots become available.
Customer data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 12 months after cancellation for billing records and dispute resolution purposes.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@sitebot.tech. We will confirm deletion within 30 days except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

SiteBot is a business platform intended for adults who own or operate cell phone repair and buyback businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. We may update this privacy policy as the platform evolves. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. If changes are significant we will notify active customers by email before the changes take effect.
